Okay so you stood on the scales and were shocked. Or you grabbed those jeans and the zip wouldn’t do up. Or you went to Jarrod and were shocked to realise how much body fat you are carrying. Or you went to the gym and they told you how much weight you need to lose to get healthy. You broke some chairs? Someone said something nasty? You went shopping and it was not a good experience.

Okay first of all take a big deep breath. Then realise that right this second you cannot click your fingers and become something else. Oh if only it was that easy. But you can change instantaneously how you are. Huh? Confused?

It’s like this. You can be the way you are doing nothing and wishing it was different or you can be doing something about it and for every positive move you make, thought you think, food you eat, exercise you do, you can and will change that very second. You don’t suddenly arrive at goal. Every single thing you do is what carries you one step closer to what and how and who you want to be so the sooner you get moving the sooner you are there.

That first step away means you will never be the same again. Step further and further away from your old self and closer and closer to the way you want to live your life. It’s not magic, it’s a series of steps you take , a series of changes you make and then one day you are where you want to be... just like that.

So have faith, become what you want to be, forget about what you can’t change and live your life the healthy way.
