I've been reading AJ's book the Lazy Girls Guide to loosing weight and getting fit and I am just so happy to know there is someone else out there who has issues with "happy food". Sometimes I think I love chocolate more than life itself and giving it up has been (and continues to be) the hardest thing I have ever done. Although I can't lie. I haven't totally given it up. But I have cut back quite a bit.So thanks AJ for writing a book that many women can empathise with and thanks for setting up a place where us girls can realise we are not alone in our journey and everyone has demons.

This is the most beautiful amazing place so far on my journey I have lost over 30kilos I still have a long way to go but the girls on here keep me motivated and on track they are there to help me back up when I begin to slip. The ability to talk to people who become friends so quickly about what you're feeling and how you're doing helps me to stay focused on my journey and the goals I have. Thank you Ajay and Yvette for creating such a wonderful place.

Hi all, I weighed in as usual this week and I have stayed the same, but I looked back at my tracker and realised that the same happened to me exactly 4 weeks ago. I am finally understanding my body and I now know that I just do not lose when I am pre menstrual, revelation!
Anyway, instead of focussing on the weight, I decided to measure myself in the hope of finding that positive feeling, and find it I did, I've lost a total of 16 inches over my body, I am amazed that in the 8 weeks I have been doing this that I have lost not just 8.3 kg's, but also all those inches.
I hope you all have had a great week and I look forward to catching up soon
Wow it's been nearly 2 years...
Hi girls,I cant believe how quickly the last 2 years have gone by. It is 2 years exactly since I joined HBC. The change in me both inside and out is amazing. I do not recognise the old me anymore. I cant remember looking like that now (until I see the pics that is) I feel so alive. The last 2 years have been exciting too. For the first time ever in my life I have not waited til I lost the weight to do all the things on my list. You know, the things like manicures, pedicures, parasailing, skiiing, rockclimbing etc. Until 2 years ago I was a yoyo dieter and I always said that when I got to the magic goal weight then I would start living life and having fun. What a silly mistake that was. It wasnt til I joined HBC that I realised that you have to live life now. Do all the things now. Since joining HBC I have done so much. I have gone from a very shy person who wouldnt say boo to a much more confident happy person who isnt afraid of much now.
Just reflecting.....Some of the things I have done are
*Made lots of wonderful new friends, some I know will be lifelong friends
*Been to 4 Sydney Booty Camps, 3 Melbourne Booty Camps, 1 Canberra Booty Camp, 6 Gold Coast Booty Camps, 6 Brisbane Booty Camps
*Actively gone to gym most weeks 4 to 6 times
*Stopped biting my fingernails (after biting them since I was 2, thats 37 years of nailbiting)
*Started having regular beauty treatments at Allure(inc bikini waxing-sorry too much info)
*Went snow skiiing (and didnt fall over at all)
*Went Parasailing on the Broadwater
*Went Rockclimbing (small wall), Low Ropes Course
*Ran my first 5km (Womens Int Funrun) in 38 mins
*Did the Gold Coast Marathon walk 7.5km, The Canberra Times Funrun 5km, Brisbane Hospital 5kms
*I won the Biggest Loser Comp at Fernwood Petrie last year
*Had 3 body scans with Jarrod and learnt lots of important stuff about my body
*Lost 52kgs and about 180cm off my body
And only 2 days ago I went Rockclimbing and did all 3 of the climbs at the PCYC and I raced up the wall to the top 3 times. I am so proud of myself. 2 years ago I could not have done half of these things and I am so grateful to Ajay for all her support and the HBC girls who are always there with a shoulder to cry on or a listening ear when I am shouting out how happy I am. You girls are wonderful and I know I am blessed.
Thanks for reading....
Love, Sarah xox

I like the diets suggested by Healthy Body Club. Years ago I damaged my heart organ and my limbs. So it was great to be able to go through the different self-improvement programs. Plus, I was able to get in touch with a great group of personal trainers.
